Mrs. Jean Moncier Forsythe, age 90 of Valley Station, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Monday, April 25, 2022. She was born on Tuesday, June 23, 1931 to the late Cleve and Rebecca Moncier. She was a member of Valley Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Prentice Lee Forsythe Sr.; her brother, Dewaine Moncier; her sister, Evelyn Knight and a granddaughter, Lana Lee Forsythe.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Sandra Hunt, Sharon Broussard, Lee Forsythe Jr. (Bonnie), Lynn Forsythe (Karen) and Jeana Duvall (Alvin); 14 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchild; her niece, Dana Dillon and her nephew, Randall Castellaw; along with a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral service will be Noon Thursday, April 28, 2022 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home 4895 N. Preston Highway Shepherdsville with burial Friday 1pm central time at Cypress Cemetery Crockett County, Tennessee. Visitations will be on Thursday 10 am until time of service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Kentucky Humane Society.
