James “Jimbo” Bohanan

Mr. James “Jimbo” Bohanan passed away peacefully the morning of Monday, May 23, 2022, with the love of his family surrounding him. 
Jimbo was born in Cortland N.Y., March 25 1961,to  Ora William Bohanan and Betty George Davis.
He is preceded in death by his Father Ora William Bohanan and brothers; Frank Bohanan and Billy Bohanan.
Jimbo is survived by his wife Gina Bohanan (Justin);  Mother, Betty Davis; daughters;  Jamie Williamson (John), Jacki Smith (Thomas),  Jonna Cunningham (JR), brothers; Gary Bohanan, Glenn Bohanan (Maria); sisters, Elizabeth Reagan (Morris), Verna Patterson (Jack). Grandchildren , Makenzie Williamson, Rylie Williamson, Lexi Smith, Taylor Smith, Brody Smith, Braylyn Cunningham, and  Brysyn Cunningham.
Pallbearers are John Williamson, Thomas Smith, JR Cunningham, Justin French, Jacob Velotta, and Gary Bohanan. Honorary Pallbearers are Danny Vowell and Robert Glidwell.
Jimbo was a very smart and hardworking man, he drove a truck for many years and proudly owned J & G Transport. He was an amazing husband, Father, and PeePaw. Jimbo was loved by many including his nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for Mr Bohanan will be Friday May 27, 2022, 2:00 pm at Providence Baptist Church in Crockett Mills TN. Visitation will start at noon at the church until the time of service.
In Lieu of flowers, the family has asked donations be made to McKenzie Banking.
