NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated December 30, 2010, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded January 3, 2011, in Book No. 264, at Page 880, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Crockett County, Tennessee, executed by Darrell Edward Sollis, conveying certain property therein described to R Tuscan as Trustee for Citifinancial, Inc.; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee for RCF 2 Acquisition Trust c/o U.S. Bank Trust National Association.

BEGINNING. THIS NEW TRACT BEING BOUNDED ON THE NORTH ON THE EAST AND ON THE WEST BY JOE RONALD HORNER AND WIFE, ANN P, HORNER (DEED BOOK 56, PAGE 403), AND ON THE SOUTH BY THE APPARENT CENTERLINE OF BOBBY BROWN ROAD, AND CONTAINING 1.75 ACRES, TAX ID: 035-039.02.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 13-3-403 notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Crockett Regional Planning Commission on April 7th, 2022 at 3:00 PM in the boardroom of the Crockett Memorial Library. The hearing is to receive public input for a proposed Subdivision Regulations amendment to clarify the specified procedures for subdivision plat approval so that combinations of property are included. GRAND JURY NOTICE

It is the duty of your Grand Jury to investigate any public offense, which they have reason to believe has been committed and which is triable or indictable in this county. Any person having knowledge or proof that such an offense has been committed may apply to testify before the Grand Jury subject to the provisions of Tennessee Code Annotated, section 40-12-014. The Grand Jury will next meet on Monday, March 14, 2022 at 9:00 am. You may be prosecuted for perjury for any oral or written statement which you make under oath to the Grand Jury, when you know the statement to be false or when the statement touches on a matter material to the point in question.

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE #1

The City of Friendship will hold a Public Meeting on Thursday, March 3, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., at the Friendship City Hall. The purpose of this meeting is to present information to the public on the FY 2022 Community Development Block Grant Program. HAZARD MITIGATIONS

It’s that time of the year again. Time to work on the county’s Hazard Mitigation Plans. All are welcome. This meeting is open to the public as well as all businesses, organizations, schools, city and county utilities, city and county mayors and department heads. TEMA will be onsite to discuss any concerns or changes you wish to address in the county’s Hazard Mitigation Plans. This meeting will be held at the Crockett County EMA Traning room in the front office at 6 pm this Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022. Looking forward to seeing you there.
