NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated September 14, 2018, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded September 17, 2018, in Book No. 312, at Page 25, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Crockett County, Tennessee, executed by Thomas Story, II and Christy Story, conveying certain property therein described to Law Office of Josh Shearon as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Everett Financial, Inc. A State Primary (Republican and Democratic) and a County General Election are hereby called for Crockett County, Tennessee, for Thursday, August 4, 2022, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. at various precincts to elect the following:
STATE PRIMARY
Governor, US Senate, US Representative (8th Congressional District), TN State House of Representative (82nd House District), TN State Senator (25th Senatorial District), State Executive Committeeman (Republican & Democratic — 25th Senatorial District) and State Executive Committeewoman (Republican & Democratic –25th Senatorial District).
COUNTY GENERAL

The nominating petition must be signed by at least twenty -five (25) voters. For County Commission and School Board Members, voters signing the petition shall be registered voters in their respective district. Each voter who signs the petition must also supply his or her residence address.
