Mrs. Christine “Chris” Pace passed to her eternal heavenly home, unexpectedly, Wednesday, August 17, 2022.
Chris was born December 21, 1958 to the late Leon Yarbrough and Patricia “Pat” Hazlewood Lovett from Gadsden, Tennessee.
Chris is preceded in death by her parents and beloved grandson, Joseph Martin Pace.
She is survived by her loving husband Michael S. Pace; son Michael S. Pace Jr. (Elizabeth); daughter Kristin Michie (John); sisters Kay Bolden, Randy Blurton (Darius); Ramona Parker (Jessie); Johnna White (Bo); 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. 
Chris enjoyed being outside fishing. Her favorite fishing catch phrase was, “If it is big enough to bite my hook, it is big enough to keep and eat.”
Chris had a fun, joyful, loving, spirit. She enjoyed flower gardening, red bird collecting, and her most favorite times were spoiling her beautiful precious grandchildren and great grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Pace, Michael Pace III, Michael Pace Jr., John Michie, Daniel Hazlewood, and Davey Hazlewood. Honorary pallbearers will be John Michie Jr. and Jedidiah Michie. 
Visitation for Mrs. Pace will be in the Ronk Funeral Home Chapel Sunday August 21, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Funeral Service will be held in the Ronk Funeral Home Chapel Monday August 22, 2022 at 1:00 pm with burial to follow at Gadsden Cemetery.
