SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust of record in Deed of Trust Book 330, at Pages 142-161, and being instrument no. 47563, of record in the Register’s Office for Crockett County, Tennessee, dated June 7, 2021 and recorded on June 11, 2021, Kacee Autumn Savage and Corey D. Savage, husband and wife, trustors, conveyed to Tim Williams as trustee, for 21st  Mortgage Corporation as beneficiary, the hereinafter described real property to secure the payment of a Consumer Loan Note dated June 7, 2021 (the “Note”) and other indebtedness as described in said Deed of Trust; and

WHEREAS, Tim Williams resigned as Trustee under said Deed of Trust and Philip L. Robertson was appointed as Substitute Trustee pursuant to a certain Appointment of Substitute Trustee of record in Deed of Trust Book 357 at Pages 674-675, and being instrument no. 56267, in the Register’s Office for Crockett County, Tennessee; and

It is the duty of your Grand Jury to investigate any public offense, which they have reason to believe has been committed and which is triable or indictable in this county. Notice is hereby given that on the 30th day of December 2025, Letters of Administration in respect to the estate of William Lawrence Brice, JR who died Intestate, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court of Crockett County, Tennessee.

All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above-named Court in triplicate on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred.

Jessica Martin has filed a Petition to Adjudicate Dependency and Neglect and for Protective Custody Order awarding temporary care and custody of M.A.R., a minor child born on 7 June 2008, Madison County, Tennessee to Michelle Nichole Bonifield, whose current location and residence is unknown.  It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon Michelle Nichole Bonifield because the identity and whereabouts of the Respondent are unknown.  IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Respondent is ordered to respond to the Petition by filing an answer to the Petition with the clerk of this Court within thirty days of the final day of publication of this notice and is ordered to appear before the Crockett County Chancery Court, Crockett County Courthouse, Alamo, Tennessee on February 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.; a copy of the answer must also be served, in  accordance with the Tennessee Rules of Civil Procedure, upon the attorney for the Petitioner, who is Caitlyn H.
