Jessica Martin has filed a Petition to Adjudicate Dependency and Neglect and for Protective Custody Order awarding temporary care and custody of M.A.R., a minor child born on 7 June 2008, Madison County, Tennessee to Michelle Nichole Bonifield, whose current location and residence is unknown. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon Michelle Nichole Bonifield because the identity and whereabouts of the Respondent are unknown. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Respondent is ordered to respond to the Petition by filing an answer to the Petition with the clerk of this Court within thirty days of the final day of publication of this notice and is ordered to appear before the Crockett County Chancery Court, Crockett County Courthouse, Alamo, Tennessee on February 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.; a copy of the answer must also be served, in accordance with the Tennessee Rules of Civil Procedure, upon the attorney for the Petitioner, who is Caitlyn H. Clendenin, 322 N. Church Ave., P.O. Box H, Dyersburg, TN 38024. A copy of the Petition may be obtained from the clerk of this Court. If the Respondent fails to answer the Petition or appear as ordered, judgment by default will be taken against her for the relief demanded in the petition.

TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust executed by CAROLYN VAUGHN N/K/A CAROLYN WHITE ROBERTS, a single person, did execute and deliver a Deed of Trust whereby she did convey unto Greg Gunter, Trustee, her interest in the property described therein to secure the payment of a Promissory Note executed by FATHER & SONS, LLC dated August 12, 2024 in the original principal amount of $90,000.00 and all renewals, modifications, refinancing or extensions thereof, and payable to FIRST COMMUNITY BANK OF THE HEARTLAND, INC., its successors and assigns, said obligation being payable as set forth in the deed of trust aforesaid, which was recorded in the Register’s Office for Crockett County, Tennessee, in Deed of Trust Book 353 page 705, reference to which instrument is here made; and,
WHEREAS the Trustee’s address is 302 Mellow Lane, Martin, TN 38237.
WHEREAS, First Community Bank of the Heartland, Inc., is now the owner and holder of the note aforesaid, secured by the deed of trust aforesaid; and,
WHEREAS, the Trustee caused a diligent search of the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) website for each known Borrower in compliance with the Service Members Civil Relief Act, and as such the foreclosure of this property is not subject to the provisions of 50 U. S. C. §501, et seq.; and,
WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of said abovementioned indebtedness and First Community Bank of the Heartland, Inc., the holder of said note has declared the entire amount due and payable as provided for in said Note and Deed of Trust, and the undersigned, Greg Gunter, Trustee, in accordance with the terms and conditions of said note and Deed of Trust will sell the hereinafter described real estate at public outcry for cash to the highest and best bidder at the North Door of the Courthouse, Alamo, Crockett County, Tennessee on the 27th day of February, 2026 at 10:00 A.M., to-wit:
Sixth Civil District of Crockett County, Tennessee, Beginning on a stake in the south margin of Cedar Street and the west margin of Mill Street, where said Cedar Street comes into Mill Street, runs thence south with the west margin of said Mill Street 76 feet to a stake in the northeast corner of the John L. Henderson lot; thence West with the north boundary line of the Henderson Lot 157 feet to a stake; thence North 76 feet to the south margin of Cedar Street, this point being the northeast corner of a lot belonging to Wade Climer; thence East with the south margin of said Cedar Street 157 feet to the point of beginning. This being Lot No. 16 of the Goodloe Addition to the Town of Alamo, a plat of which is of record in the Register's Office of Crockett County, Tennessee, in Deed Book 18, page 496.
This being the same real estate conveyed to Carolyn Vaughn by Quitclaim Deed of Bobby Vaughn, dated August 31, 2012 and of record in Deed Book 148, page 171, in the Register's Office of Crockett County, Tennessee. For further reference see Special Warranty Deed from IB Property Holdings, LLC to Bobby Vaughn and wife, Carolyn Vaughn, dated April 26, 2010 and of record in Deed Book 142, page 510, in said Register's Office.
This property also having a common address of Map 056M, Group J, Parcel 004.00 and 214 South Mill Street, Alamo, TN 38001.
Said property will be sold free from all equities of redemption, and repurchase and dower and the statutory right of redemption, all of which were specifically waived, but subject to any and all restrictions of record, all unpaid taxes that may be a lien against the property, and subject to any and all other rights or liens having priority over the Trust Deed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, including but not limited to liens having priority under the United States Bankruptcy code, and the Laws of the State of Tennessee.
Said property will be sold subject to conditions as shown on the plat of record in Deed Book 18 page 496 in the Register’s Office of Crockett County, Tennessee.
The Real Property and improvements thereon, if any, will be sold AS IS WHERE IS without warranties or representations of any kind. This sale is also subject to any matter that an accurate survey of the premises might disclose and/or any tenant(s) rights in possession.
The terms of sale shall be payment by cashier’s check or certified funds immediately upon conclusion of the sale. If the highest bidder is unable to comply with the terms of the sale, the undersigned reserves the right to sell the property to the next highest bidder able to comply or to advertise again the sale if he so chooses.
OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES: Heirs or Beneficiaries of the Estate of Carolyn White Roberts.
THE TRUSTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONTINUE OR ADJOURN SAID SALE FROM TIME TO TIME, WITHOUT FURTHER PUBLICATION, BY PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT AT THE TIME OF SAID SALE.

Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of January 2026, Letters of Administration in respect to the estate of Joel Steven Fimcher who died Intestate, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court of Crockett County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above-named Court in triplicate on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred.
(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or

PUBLIC NOTICE
According to the provisions of the Federal Clean Water Act, Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations Part 403, and Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 69, Chapter 3, and the Rules and Regulations of the State of Tennessee 0400-40-14-.18(2), the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, Division of Water Resources has granted preliminary approval to revise the Plant Protection Criteria (PC) and Local Limits (LL) of the previously approved Pretreatment Program. Additionally, the Sewer Use Ordinance (SUO) will be amended to include all parameters with approved Local Limits.
The City of Bells is making a formal notice to the public that the approved revisions and amendments are available for public review and comment at City Hall, 12984 Highway 79, Bells, TN 38006 between the dates of February 02, 2026 and March 02, 2026. A form for written comments will be available during this period.
