Funeral Services for Glenn Huston Stanley, 81, were held Sunday January 29, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Maury City with Chaplain Keith Guinn officiating. Burial followed in the Maury City Cemetery. Mr. Stanley passed away Tuesday, January 24th at Ripley Healthcare. He was born in Ewing, VA son of the late Elmer and Laura Wyres Stanley and had lived the past forty-two years in Crocket County. He received his BA Degree from Arkansas Tech University and was a retired Federal U S Fish and Wildlife Officer. Mr. Stanley was a veteran of the United States Marines and a member of the First Baptist Church of Maury City. He was preceded by his first wife Ann Mount Stanley. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Florence Mead Stanley, Ripley, TN, daughters, Debbie Beaird (Lanny) Halls, TN, Carol Rouse (Kevin), Dandridge, TN, DeAnne Pace (Sammy) Lexington, TN, grandchildren, Whitney Beaird, Will Beaird, Blaine Rouse, Brianna Rouse, Avery Pace, Jackson Pace, Jacob Pace and great grandchild, Sophia Conley.
