Tina Ann Mayfield Edwards, age 58, passed away at Jackson Madison County General Hospital on Friday, October 30, 2020 due to complications of COVID-19.

Tina was born on November 1, 1961 to Bobby and Nancy Mayfield. She is survived by her loving husband, Joe Edwards, Jr.; her mother, Nancy Griffin Mayfield; her cherished son, Jeremy Logan Howell; two step sons, Kyle (Maegan) Edwards and Garrett Edwards; two adorable granddaughters, Presley and Kaylee Howell; two sisters, Keyta (Mike) Pigue and Debra (David) Williams; along with several special nieces and nephews, and their children, whom she treated as her own children and grandchildren. She will always be remembered for throwing candy to them from her car window.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Mayfield; grandparents, Robert and Garnett Mayfield and Sam and Myrtice Griffin and niece, Deanna Lee Williams.

Tina served as a Director with Tupperware for many years, leaving a host of cherished consultants and team associates, as well as a multitude of loyal customers. Tina enjoyed cooking and canning vegetables, as well as hosting countless social events in her home with family and friends. The many family outings spent with her at the river will be greatly missed. Tina served as a dedicated member of Allen Baptist Church, helping in any way she was able. She will forever be known as a loving, generous person, that always wanted to ensure that no one was without.
