The Gadsden Police Department is seeking the publics’ help in identifying two suspects in an auto theft on November 9.

Around 4 a.m., a Crockett County Sheriffs’ Deputy responded to a residence on the corner of Mason Grove Road and Hazlewood Road where a vehicle was stolen.

The missing 2009 Dodge 1500 quad cab belonging to Trent Patterson was last seen around 8 p.m. the previous night.

The truck was seen in Dyer County and Dyersburg around 6 a.m. where the suspects used a stolen credit card from a vehicle burglary in Madison County earlier in the night.

Along with Pattersons’ truck, personal belongings left in the vehicle including a CVA Accura .50 caliber muzzleloader, two car seats, two pair of sunglasses and approximately eight duck calls were missing.

Patterson believed he left the vehicle unlocked and the spare key was inside the vehicle.

According to Gadsden Police Chief Jeff Sills, the Gadsden Police Department is investigating the case and working closely with the Madison County Sheriffs’ department to identify the two suspects seen on surveillance cameras in Dyersburg.

Anyone with information about the stolen vehicle or the two suspects are urged to contact the Gadsden Police Department at 731-784-2235 or 731-345-6942.
