Crockett County Government is accepting bids for the Crockett County Election Commission from qualified vendors to replace the current voting system. This system must meet or exceed mandatory state and federal standards. This will include the purchase of an election management system, a voting system that includes a voter-verifiable paper audit trail (VVPAT). Voting system may include ballot marking devices and/or a ballot on demand system, precinct ballot tabulators, tabulation system, Absentee ballot central tabulator, training, technical support, and Election Day support.
The Crockett County Election Commission serves approximately 8,000 registered voters. Currently having twelve (12) Election Day precincts and one (1) early voting location.
