Immunization clinic set for April 10

Posted

The Crockett County Health Department will offer an Extended Hours Immunizations Clinic on April 10 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at its location at 209 North Bells St.
The clinic aims to assist families by providing childhood immunizations and up-to-date shot records outside of regular business hours. Parents or legal guardians are required to accompany children and must bring the child’s current immunization record and insurance card.
Participants will receive a copy of their child’s updated immunization record, which can be used for school enrollment or records.

For more information, contact the Crockett County Health Department.
