Homecoming night brings double win

Thursday night January 23 was homecoming festivities as CCHS presented Freshman Kylie Butler, Sophomore Jordyn Maddox, Junior Berenice Amador and seniors Stephanie Joyner, Lily Maddox and winner Senior Gayle Prescott. Opening with The Star-Spangled Banner for the Cavaliers basketball homecoming night was Senior
Ella Cate Haynes. Beginning in the first half, the Lady Cavs scored 53 points against Milan between 7 girls and 12pt to end the second half. Top scorer for Thursday night was Karlee Castellaw with 14.
The Cavs also had a win against Milan with a final score 45-31. Cade Freeman was top scorer for the Cavs with 16points. Both Cav teams play again Tuesday January 28 a district game at home against Dyer County.
