Debby Emison, born on May 3, 1955, joyfully entered the arms of the Lord, leaving behind a legacy of love,kindness, and an unwavering spirit.

Debby was the beloved daughter of Arlin and Mattie Jo Emison of Bells, Tennessee. She is survived by her brother, James Emison (Bells, TN); her sister, Pat Taylor (Bells, TN); and her three beautiful children: Shannon Sykes (Pelham, AL); Amber and Jeremy Brittain (Chelsea, AL); and Ashley and Jared Goldstein (Sarasota, FL). She was a proud Mimi to five grand angels: Avery, Landon, and Austin Brittain, as well as Gavin and Eli Goldstein.

Debby graduated from Bells High School in 1973 and dedicated her life to serving others. She held various positions in the financial services industry and retired from Regions Investment Services, where she served as a Financial Sales Director.

She danced through life, touching the hearts of all who knew her. One of her greatest joys was filling her home with the warmth of family and friends. Debby was a radiant soul—unforgettable, just like her striking red hair and mesmerizing green eyes. While her fiery locks made her unique, it was her kindness, strength, and unwavering spirit that truly set her apart. She was one of a kind—a rare and beautiful light in the lives of all who knew her.

Her laughter was contagious, her heart boundless, and her love limitless. Though she is gone, the warmth she brought into the world will never fade.
