It is the duty of your Grand Jury to investigate any public offense, which they have reason to believe has been committed and which is triable or indictable in this county. Any person having knowledge or proof that such an offense has been committed may apply to testify before the Grand Jury subject to the provisions of Tennessee Code Annotated, section 40-12-014. The Foreman of the Crockett County Grand Jury is presently Jule Nance, 549 E. Park Street, P.O. Box 311, Alamo, Tennessee 38001.
The Grand Jury will next meet on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. You may be prosecuted for perjury for any oral or written statement which you make under oath to the Grand Jury, when you know the statement to be false or when the statement touches on a matter material to the point in question.

WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated May 10, 2022, and recorded May 10, 2022 @ 12:50 p.m. in the Register’s Office of Crockett County, Tennessee, in Trust Deed Book 338, Page 86-90, CHARLES L. HAYNES, a single person, conveyed to S. Jasper Taylor IV, in trust with power of sell, the real estate hereinafter described, to secure the indebtedness of CHARLES L. HAYNES, set forth and described therein, reference to which is hereby made; and

Said real estate is designated as Parcel 10.01 on Map 68 on the Crockett County Tax Assessor’s Maps in the year 2025.

Said sale will be made in bar of all rights and equity of redemption, statutory and otherwise, homestead, and dower, which are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust. The title to said property is believed to be good, but I will sell and convey as Trustee only.

1) Subject to a Sewer Easement of record in Deed Book 166, Page 624, Register’s Office of Crockett County, Tennessee.
2) 2023 County of Crockett real estate taxes which are due, owing, and delinquent.
