WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated September 14, 2022, and recorded on September 28, 2022, in the Register's Office of Crockett County, Tennessee, in Book 341, Page 365 ("Trust Deed"), Nathan Smith and Dana Dallas conveyed to William T. Chapman, Trustee, the real estate therein described, to secure the payment of certain indebtedness therein described; and
WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed, and The Peoples Bank, the lawful holder of the indebtedness, has declared the entire balance due and payable; and
WHEREAS, Charles C. Exum was appointed Successor Trustee by instrument appearing of record in Book 370, Page 178 in the Register's Office of Crockett County, Tennessee.
