The Crockett County Board of Education is soliciting bids for upgrades to current Telecor XL intercom system located at Crockett County High School. For specifications or questions contact Jared Foust at 731-696-2604 or email jared.foust@crockettcavs.net. Bids must be received at the office of the Board of Education before 12:00 noon, Monday, September 8 th , 2025, for consideration. Bids may be mailed or delivered to the Crockett County Board Office, 403 N. Cavalier Drive, Alamo, TN 38001 in a sealed envelope clearly marked “CCHS intercom upgrades” or emailed to jared.foust@crockettcavs.net The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids including entire bid packages and to determine equal or better and to waive specifications.

The envelope should be addressed to the City of Bells, 12984 Hwy 79, P.O. Box 760, Bells, Tennessee. (Bid must be received by the city prior to the time indicated below.

The envelope shall also include the Proposer’s Name and Return Address. Electronic submissions cannot be accepted.

Bids shall be opened at 12984 Hwy 79 at 9:00 am CDT on September 11, 2025.

The Successful Bidder shall be prohibited from discriminating against any individual due to his race, creed, color, national origin, age or sex. The City is a recipient of federal and state grant funds.

The City may waive any informalities or minor irregularities and shall have the right to reject any single Bid or all Bids submitted.
