Sale at public auction will be on September 2, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. local time at the usual and customary location at the Crockett County Courthouse, 1 South Bells Street, Alamo, TN 38001, pursuant to the Deed of Trust executed by Jewell Milburn for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgage Research Center, LLC dba Veterans United Home Loans, as Beneficiary, dated November 30, 2022, of record in Book 342 Page 656 in the Register of Deeds Office for Crockett County, Tennessee, (“Deed of Trust”), conducted by James E. Albertelli, P.A. d/b/a ALAW, a Florida corporation duly authorized to conduct business in Tennessee, having been appointed Trustee, all of record in the Register of Deeds Office for Crockett County, Tennessee. Default in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of said Deed of Trust has been made, and the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable.

Street Patching, 2025
The Town of Alamo is accepting sealed bids for the patching of streets listed on bid specifications at Alamo City Hall. To obtain the specifications, call Amanda Griffin at Alamo City Hall at 731-696-4515 or email amandaharris.38001@gmail.com.
The sealed bids are due by Noon, August 25, 2025 at City Hall 97 S Johnson St, Alamo, TN 38001. A brief statement of the bidder’s qualifications is required with each bid. A public bid opening will be held at 2PM on the same date and place. Each street segment is to be bid separately. The work must be completed on or before November 1, 2025. The material specification is 1.5 inch of TDOT-411D.
The Town of Alamo intends to make an award on or about August 25, 2025 and notify bidders immediately.
Once bids are submitted, the Town of Alamo reserves the right to discuss or negotiate any part of a contractor's bid, to accept a portion of work proposed in a bid, to reject any or all bids, to allow any contractor to perfect its bid after submission, to terminate the bidding process at its own initiative and to make an award in any manner that the Board of Mayor and Alderman determines is in the best interest of the Town of Alamo.

Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of August 2025, Letters of Testamentary in respect to the estate of Pansy Roberts who died Testate, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court of Crockett County, Tennessee.
All persons, residents and non-residents, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above-named Court in triplicate on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The City of Bells will be soliciting bids for ARPA Sewer Lagoon Aeration Equipment Purchase, located in 201 Sullivan Drive, Bells, Tennessee. The ARPA Sewer Lagoon Aeration Equipment Purchase is a utility improvement project with several functions for the Bells, Tennessee community. The purpose of this project is for the City of Bells to purchase the equipment necessary for the replacement of the existing aeration system of Cell 2 at the wastewater treatment plant. The project scope is for the purchase and delivery of the equipment only. Construction will be covered under separate contract.
Separate sealed bids for ARPA Sewer Lagoon Aeration Equipment Purchase will be received by City of Bells, 12987 Hwy 79, PO Box 760, Bells, TN 38006, until 2:00 p.m. on September 3, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
