In this cause, it appearing from the Petition, which is sworn to, and in accordance with Tenn. Code Ann. 29-29-102 that the above described property is located in Crockett County, Tennessee, and that a Petition to quiet the title of the property known as 160 West Lincoln Street, Alamo, Tennessee was filed and that all named Defendants, and any other heirs of Curtis B. Ivie (aka Curtis T. Ivie), and Willie B. Ivie, and all other persons claiming any rights or interest in the real property known as 160 W. Lincoln Street, Alamo, Crockett County, Tennessee are required to answer the Petition within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this notice, and file said answer with the Clerk and Master of the Chancery Court of Crockett County, Tennessee, and forward a copy of said answer to attorney of record W. Taylor Hughes, 17th N. Court St. Alamo, TN 38001, or shall otherwise appear in the Chancery Court of Crockett County, Tennessee, at Alamo on the 2nd day of October, 2024, beginning at 9:00 a.m., to defend against the Petition, or otherwise the Petition will be taken for confessed.

Polk Bldg., Nashville, Tennessee 37243-0326, on or before 9/20/2024.

The Crockett County Commission will meet in a Special Called meeting on Thursday, August 22, at 6:15 p.m. in the downstairs courtroom of the Crockett County courthouse.

Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of August 2024, Letters of Administration in respect to the estate of Charlie Williams who died Intestate, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court of Crockett County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above-named Court in triplicate on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred.
