Robert Charles Morgan

Funeral services for Robert Charles Morgan, 81, will be held on Wednesday April 13, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at the Friendship Funeral Home with friend Robert McCanless officiating. Burial will follow in the Mayfield Cemetery in Gibson County. Mr. Morgan passed away on Sunday April 10, 2022 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born in Gibson County, TN son of the late Al and Mallie Duck Morgan and had lived most of his life in Gibson and Crockett Counties. He was retired from the Crockett Telephone Company as a technician and was a Church of Christ in belief. He is survived by his wife Blondell Patterson Morgan, Friendship, TN, son, Stacey Morgan, Friendship, TN, daughters, Wanda Waddle (Tommy), Robbi Shawver, both of Alamo, TN, brother Donnie Morgan, Trenton, TN, seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Madalon, sisters Opal Wilson, Polly Morgan, brothers Marvin, Leon, Dick & James and one great grandchild Journey Bajpai. Pallbearers will be Jamie Evans, Daniel Hay, John Cole, Monty Holland, Steve Hollis and Casey Burnett and honorary pallbearer Lynden Bajpai.
