Peggy Jo Loftis

Mrs. Peggy Jo Loftis earned her heavenly wings and went home to be with her Lord, Thursday, October 20, 2022.  
Peggy was born in Alamo, Tennessee, June 22, 1936 to the late L.O. (Jack) and Ada Cates.  
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, J.D. Loftis; and brother Larry Cates.  
She is survived by her daughters, Lynn Reece and Cindy Porter (Ricky); sister Joan Gibbons; grandchildren, Cheryl Hearn (Ben), Justin Conrad (Sarah) Heath Porter and Ada Johnson; great grandchildren, Carlee Hearn, Deaton Hearn, McKinley Conrad and Paisley Conrad.  
Peggy was a devoted Christian, a selfless loving Mother and an extremely kind soul. Her wisdom and grace will be greatly missed.  
Visitation will be in the Ronk Funeral Home chapel, Sunday, October 23, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Peggy’s funeral service will be held at Johnson Grove Baptist Church, Monday, October 24, 2022 at 2:00 pm with the family receiving visitors at 12:00 noon. The burial will follow at Robertson Cemetery.
