Mr. David Perry “Buddy” Patrick, 84, passed away on December 3, 2020. He was born on February 17, 1936 to his parents, David Clarence Patrick and Nancy Faye Perry Patrick. He is preceded in death by his parents, and wife, Nancy Patrick.
Surviving relatives include his daughters, Alice Putnam (Bob), Karen Williams (Scott); sisters, Carolyn Danley, Nancy Wentworth; 3 granchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
The family will have a private service.
