Mr. James “Jimmy” Cylvester Hughes passed to his eternal heavenly home Sunday, April 24,2022.
Jimmy was born August 18, 1943 to the late RC and Lucille Hughes of Alamo Tennessee.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother Franklin Hughes and son, Jeffery Dale Oliver Hughes.
Jimmy is survived by his loving wife of almost 53 years, Mary Hughes; brothers, Gerald Hughes (Mildred) and Charles Hughes; sisters, Peggy Dupree (James), Edna Jenkins (Roger), Rita Epperson (Victor), Dian Gilmore (James) and lots of nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.
Jimmy was a proud veteran of the United States Army National Guard.
Funeral Services were held at 2:00 pm, on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Ronk Funeral Home. Visitation started at 12:00 noon on Wednesday April 27, 2022 in the Ronk Funeral Home Chapel and ran until the time of service.
