General Harlon Lents, age 94, of Bartlett, TN passed away on August 24, 2020. He was born on July 9, 1926 to William Clarence Lents and Mervie Riley Lents. He was the husband of the late Juanita Lents.
Funeral services will be at 11AM Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Halls Funeral Home with a visitation to begin at 10AM until the time of service at 11. Burial will follow in Lebanon Cemetery.
Harlon was proud to be a WWII Navy Seabee Veteran. He was retired from Procter and Gamble. He loved Jesus, his family, his dog, Sissy and deer hunting. He had many special friends and neighbors.
Mr. Harlon is survived by one brother, Wyman Lents and his wife, Janet; a daughter, Barbara Lents Craig and her husband, Randy; one son, Michael Dwayne Lents. He also leaves a daughter-in-law, Esther Carol Lents; one granddaughter, Christy Craig Martin and her husband, Jason; and three great grandchildren, Taylor, Lexi and Colton.
He was also preceded in death by one son, Barry Lee Lents.
