Doris Jean Hutchison

Mrs. Doris Jean Hutchison passed away peacefully, Friday, April 22, 2022, at the Alamo Nursing Home and Rehab Center surrounded by her family.
She was born in Alamo, TN, December 30, 1932, to the late William Privett and Carrie Pearson Privett. She was a registered LPN and worked for both the Alamo Nursing Home and Bells Nursing Home during her career as a nurse.
Mrs. Jean was preceded in death by her parents, William and Carrie Privett; husband, Elwyn “Crutch” Hutchison; brothers, O’neal Privett and Bill Privett; sisters, Louise Webb, Flossie Andrews, L.B. Freeman, and Virginia Roberts; grandchild, Blake Hutchison.
She is survived by sons, Gary Hutchison (Marilyn), Terry Hutchison (Valerie); daughter, Jeannie Jones (David); sister, Carolyn Sesher; grandchildren, Rachel Renfroe (Jon), Lindsey Plodzien (Matthew), Jennifer Chapman (Josh), Hannah Jones; great-grandchildren, Lauren Renfroe, Jeana Chapman, Julie Chapman, Jordan Chapman.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Jean will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 24, 2022, in the chapel of Ronk Funeral Home. Visitation for family and friends will be held the day of the service from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
