Darin Brent Emison age 46 of Bells, passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021 at Baptist Hospital in Memphis.
He was born June 12, 1975 in Jackson to Phil Emison and Kathy Tinker Hughes. Darin was an avid outdoorsman and owned Emison Taxidermy. He loved his family and friends and will me missed by all who knew him.
Darin is survived by his wife, Kimberley Anderson Emison of Bells; son, Styler Emison of Bartlett; stepdaughters, Monica Cole and Makenna Cole both of Bells; stepson, Jase Cole of Bells; father and stepmother, Phil and Peggy Emison of Bells; mother, Kathy Tinker Hughes of Alamo; brother, Greg Emison of Alamo; two sisters, Krystle Anderson and husband Brandon of Friendship and Hayley McMullin and husband Cody of Jackson.
Honorary pallbearers were Jeff Parker, Jamie Moore, Glen Cowan, Shea Anderson, Stacy Rudd, Keith Burns and Skinny Williams.
A celebration of Darin’s life was held Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of Bells First Baptist Church with DJ Brewer officiating. The family received friends on Saturday at the church from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
The family welcomes all family and friends to the visitation and service and casual attire is encouraged.
