Bret Darrell Johnson, age 54, passed away, Monday, January 4, 2021. He was born, August 27, 1966, to the late Henry Johnson and Nannie Mae Kail Johnson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Mallory Johnson.
He is survived by his son, Collin Johnson; Collins mother, Connie Johnson; brother, Shane Goodrich (Nicci); sisters, Terry Ann Burk (Darrell), Sally Johnson; and several nieces and nephews.
Bret was a stricken guillain barre as a child. Doctors at Lebonheur said he would never walk. However, Nannie Mae knew the Lord could cure him. Through much prayer, dedication, and hardwork Bret defied all odds and until his passing walked on his own two feet.
Bret became an excellent craftsman in flooring and tile. He was one of the best in the trade. Bret overcame so many obstacles in his life. His favorite title was Dad.
